Refund policy. If Arche MCP isn’t for you, ask within 14 days of a payment and you get all of it back. No reason needed.
Last updated . This policy covers Arche MCP, the paid subscription described on the pricing page. Everything else on arche.directory is free, and so is Arche MCP while it is in early access.
Who handles payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes the payment, issues the receipt, charges any VAT or sales tax and handles refunds.
14-day refunds
- You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment for Arche MCP: the first one, and each monthly or yearly renewal.
- You don’t have to give a reason.
- The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Paddle usually sends it within a few days; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank.
- A refund ends access to Arche MCP for the period it covers straight away. Your account and saved sites stay.
- After 14 days we may still refund in cases such as a duplicate charge, a renewal you meant to cancel or a service we couldn’t provide. Write to us and we’ll look at it.
How to ask for a refund
Find your order at paddle.net with the email address you paid with, or reply to the receipt Paddle emailed you, and ask for a refund there. You can also write to us at hello@arche.directory from that address and we’ll arrange it with Paddle.
Cancelling
Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you aren’t charged again. Cancel from the link in any Paddle receipt, at paddle.net, or by writing to us. Deleting your Arche account also cancels the subscription. If you want your money back for the current period as well, ask for a refund within 14 days of the payment.
Your rights
This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
